Termination becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or plan.10.2 Termination by Us We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason, including breach of these Terms. We will not be liable to you for any refund or damages resulting from termination.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION11.1 Governing Law These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.11.2 Dispute Resolution Any dispute or claim shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless both parties agree to an alternative forum.
